  I had such of horrible experience trying to lease am apartment with Sping Garden. Person named Cathy was rude and unprofessional. I put my application in and it was approved. But property manager Cathy never told me that if I was approved I had to move in right away regardless of my intentions of moving in the 1st day of the month. I has already waste $30 for application fee (and the few points they took from my credit score), I had already gave her the $300 "holding fee" money order and I had already told her that I needed the apartment by the 1st day of the March 2018 and she never ever explain to me that I NEEDED TO MOVE RIGHT AWAY!!!
  She was trying to "pro-rate" the apartment wich means that I have to pay for half of the month of February $600 plus the $300 and another $200 before move in!!!
  When I ask her why she didn't explain me that it was imperative to move in before the end of the month of February her answer was:
  I'm sorry.....
  C'mon people you have to give it to the people straight forward!!! As of right now I'm looking for a place to live before the end of the month! Otherwise I'll become a HOMELESS!!!
  WORST PLACE EVER!!!
