  Dr. Sirbu is great but her new Nurse Practitioner is not. I would highly recommend Dr. Sirbu at the Silver Spring location where the staff is nice. I've had horrible experiences with the staff at the Rockville location. If you can come in on a day Dr. Sirbu works in Silver Spring I would recommend her. If not sad to say I would suggest going elsewhere.
