  I came to this location to make deposit for a friend, I am non customer. I was on the line a teller her name Cindy helped me, She was rude and not friendly. I called to complaint and ask to speak with the manager, her name is Gladis, this lady needs some customer service training.
  First she lied to me, telling me that all the banks star on December 1st no cash deposit will be acept by the teller window.
  But she did not know that I work for bank institution.
  Please I ask to the higher management take action with this matter
  This location have a horrible customer service
