  There is really nothing wrong with the store. You have to adjust your expectations from the usual supermarket. The items are offered in a different way i.e., not on shelves, but in boxes that create shelves. There are few brand names causing a slow down in the usual shopping speed. To that end, you see a lot of people browsing looking bewildered. Pricing is good, lighting and organization of the store could be better. Having to pack your bag and have a quarter handy to get a cart also slows down the experience. It has a commissary feel. I know the history and philosophy of the store so I get it , but relax put some roots down stay a while. The store looks like it could pack up and be out in a day. But one thing, the snacks and chocolate WOW, the best ever!!
