  This property has gone through a great deal of change over the past few years. It is now owned by Berkshire Communities. I've spoken with people who have lived here for years and since the transition, the management and the responsiveness of the facilities staff has gotten pretty good. I can check and pay my bill and file service requests electronically. When I make a service request, they usually come within 2 days (or sooner if an emergency)- and the problem gets fixed quickly. They have security staff on site as well.
  
  The Enclave is a set of 3 buildings (A, B, and C) and home to a diverse group of families, young professionals, and students. There is also a lot of change. It does seem like there are movers here often as people are moving in and moving out. They offer a large range of apartment options in terms of size and fixtures. People are friendly and helpful (opening doors and holding the elevator).
  
  The gym is really nice as is the pool and the meeting areas next to the leasing office. They have been using an electronic package tracking/notification system. When it works, it is great. Hopefully this service can be more consistently available.
  
  About the smoke issue that other reviewers have noted. I have only smelled someone smoking a few times. Management has been sending strong messages about smoking to all residents and I hope it is working.
  
  There has been an issue with cockroaches in the building, but they have been spraying in every apartment every quarter and they did a heavy spray (had to clear out all of the cabinets) a month or so ago. Given our summers, they do what they can.
  
  There does not seem to be a clear system for recycling. When I moved in they told me that someone sorts the recycling once we put it down the shoot- but I'm not sure I believe that.
  
  There have been a number of fire alarms over the past 6 months. Some alarms were pulled, others were due to people smoking in their apartments, or having issues while cooking. There are 20 floors and it seems like a lot of people just ignore the alarms (to their own risk). Hopefully management is doing something to reduce the alarms, because pulling on boots to walk down stairs and wait in the snow for 30-45 minutes at 10 pm is getting old.
  
  Overall, I think living here has been pretty good.
